01 Distributor Agreement & Eligibility
By registering as an independent distributor with Sempavalam Business Corporation Pvt. Ltd., you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement. Registration grants you access to purchase products at distributor prices and participate in the 7x7 Matrix ALM compensation plan.
02 7x7 Matrix & Commission Rules
Commissions are awarded strictly based on genuine product purchase volume (measured per 1000g / 1kg) generated within your qualifying matrix depth. Earnings are contingent upon maintaining active account status and meeting required direct sponsor milestones. Spillover placements are computed automatically using our true Breadth-First-Search (BFS) system and cannot be manually rearranged.
03 Franchise Operations (Mega, Mini, Micro, Home Shopee)
Authorized franchise partners must uphold inventory accuracy, honor valid customer user lookups, and issue digital invoices for all counter transactions. Stock credits purchased through the franchise portal must correspond to verified payment transactions. Franchises agree to observe territorial ethics and provide authentic product supply to all registered members.
04 Weekly Payouts & Statutory Deductions
Weekly withdrawals are processed automatically according to scheduled system cutoffs. In compliance with applicable tax legislation, all payout distributions are subject to mandatory Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and standard processing deductions. Valid PAN and bank account verification (KYC) are mandatory to receive withdrawals.
05 Product Returns & Quality Guarantee
Goods once sold will not be taken back unless there is a manufacturing defect. If a defect is confirmed within 7 days of receipt, the customer or distributor is entitled to a replacement product upon presenting the original invoice.
